Social Phobia is
a fear of other people.
You constantly act like a CIA
agent that tries to monitor what other people think.
When you’re in a group of 5 for instance,
and you say something, you closely monitor how others
react to this. “Was I funny enough, do they
think I’m stupid now…?”.
You also have a tendency to
create negative interpretations of things happening
around you. When you have a social phobia, and you
pass by a couple of teenagers on the street that
all of a sudden start laughing when they’ve
just passed you; your social phobia will make you
think: “ouch, they’re laughing with
me! What’s so funny? Is there something wrong
with my clothes or hair?...”
With your social phobia, every
time you get some symptoms like a pounding heart,
some dizziness, a face that wants to flush etc,
you start to panic. Not only because you’re
afraid of the symptoms, but also because you fear
that other people will notice, and that they will
think less of you.
That’s the social phobia.
You worry too much about what
others think of you > Social Phobia.

Social Anxiety, agoraphobia,
anxiety disorders, panic disorder, panic attacks,
hyperventilation…you name it, are all very
related. The outcome or the symptoms differ, but
the root cause and the treatment for them is the
same.
Two of the root causes are:
troubling your mind by what other people think of
you and insufficient self-confidence (in you and
in your body (hypochondriac)).
The treatment for agoraphobia
consists of changes in some of your eating and thinking
habits , combined with some small lifestyle changes.
The method I have is effective and quite fast. If
